The part sources are Haemophilus influenzae, Mycobacterium marinum (strain ATCC BAA-535 / M), and Bacillus subtilis for YciA, CAR and sfp, respectively. The promoter, RBS, and terminator sequences are derived from the commercial vector pCDF-Duet1 by Novagen.
